Standard returns for exchanges, store credit or refunds MUST be postmarked within 60 days of order receipt date.
One year warranty returns MUST be returned within 365 days of purchase date.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
RETURN TIP:
In many cases, if you still have our original USPS packaging, you can simply write: "Return to Sender" on the front, near the tracking label and give it back to the Post Office and have them scan it. Please ensure the package is fully sealed. If you cannot use “Return to Sender” method, we highly suggest that you use USPS First Class service with tracking. Note: DHL international service will not accept return to sender if opened. Kindly be advised that return to sender option may take some time to get back to us, so if you need it fast, we suggest re-ordering and send it back for a refund instead of an exchange or send the exchange back with your own postage tracking service.
EXCHANGING OF RING SIZES: Please note that half sizes are only very slight in difference. If the ring is just "slightly" tight or "slightly" loose or "slightly uncomfortable", then a half size may be suggested. If the ring is too small to fit properly, or too big to stay in place, then one or more full sizes is suggested. Please see our web site's "ring sizer page."
GENERAL SHIPPING NOTE:
As per the terms and conditions of the return policy, customers are responsible for all postage handling and/or fees associated with the initial return back to our warehouse. We will however ship any exchanges back to you free of charge via standard economy mail (USA 7-14 business days / International 3-6 weeks).
RETURN SHIPPING CREDIT: (For defective items, or products sent by staff in error).
(If you cannot use "Return to Sender.”) For store errors and defective items under 3 ounces, we will issue you a $3.00 return shipping credit upon return of your item within 60 days of receipt. For heavier items over 3 ounces, we will issue $0.50 per additional ounce. IMPORTANT: We DO NOT cover reimbursement for additional costs if you choose to expedite or add optional delivery options to your return shipment.
ONE YEAR WARRANTY PROTECTION PLAN:
The warranty protection policy covers a one time free same size and style exchange replacements only. NOTE: If we do not have a replacement available in stock, we will contact you and/or a store credit may be issued. Store credits are valid for one year term once they are issued. This warranty DOES NOT cover lost or stolen items, and this plan DOES NOT cover damage due to resizing, customization alterations or stains made by the customer.
*ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT REFUNDS:
*For refunds only, there is a 20% restocking fee and non-refundable shipping costs. If you choose an "exchange" or "store credit" then the restocking fee is waived and will NOT be deducted. *Please note: Store web site credit will be sent to the email address you used to make your original purchase.
